Principal Attorney
Before becoming an attorney, I lived in the corporate world, managed people, and dealt with problems connected to complex international business matters. While working, I volunteered at the Children & Family Law Center in San Rafael, California, and fell in love with the world of family law. I wanted to apply my problem-solving abilities to deeply personal dilemmas such as divorce, custody, reunification, and domestic violence.
In 2000, I left the corporate world to attend law school. This was my first step toward devoting myself to families and children facing the legal process. I also served on the legal referral panel for juvenile dependency in San Francisco and helped hundreds of parents and children facing the child welfare system. Through all this work, I realized that most families, regardless of income, face all-to-common challenges: interpersonal conflicts that interfere with family relationships, mental health challenges, substance abuse problems, depression, post-traumatic stress, and co-parenting conflicts.
My practice is now entirely focused on helping families and children navigate the sometimes complex and often confusing world of family law, guardianships, domestic violence, and reunification. I bring compassion to my work and am dedicated to finding the proper resolution for you and your particular family law dilemma. I am accessible and meticulous about ensuring you receive the attention you deserve.
We aim to empower you to create the next great chapter of your life.
